Installation Checklist
You have ordered your Starlink Equipment – what’s next?
- You have decided to have your Starlink mounted on the roof…
- Please make sure to purchase a roof mount kit for the install.
- You have decided to have your Starlink mounted on a pole.
- Please make sure to purchase a pole mounting kit for the install
During the Install
When we come to your home to do the install, we will set up your dish and router, plus help you get set up on all of your smart devices, phones, tablets, computers, security cameras, etc. It will be helpful before the install date to make a list of your login credentials including:
- Starlink Login
- Logins for your TV or Streaming Apps if applicable
- What login you would like to set up for your Router
We will also help you to install the Starlink App on your phone. During the initial set up, we will use our own current Starlink app to set up your connection, since rural areas may make it difficult to install it on your own phone until after set up and connection is complete.
Other Notes
- We will troubleshoot any issues you have during and after the install. After install just contact us with questions.
- You may not need a mesh router depending on the set up location in your home and your home size. A mesh router can always be added later if needed.
- Payment for services – we accept payment via Cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. Please discuss payment amounts with us during the visit.
- If you have animals in your home – no problem! We are animal friendly and have our own fur and feathered babies at home.
- We are available for installs in the evenings (more so during summer months with longer daylight) and Saturdays.
- We live in RLE so we are usually available quickly with short notice.
